Who am I?
I'm Tiina Airaksinen, an Impressive Speech -Coach and experienced public speaker.
I've delivered numerous inspiring and motivating talks in organizations, companies, and conferences — and I'm regularly interviewed by the media.
As a speaker, I've developed my skills and intercultural sensitivity while living in different parts of the world. My international experience has taught me how words, gestures, and stories can build genuine connection across cultures.
For decades, I've worked as a lecturer and trainer in Asian cultures, history, and politics, and in my current university role I focus on pedagogical leadership — exploring how teaching and learning can be developed collaboratively and meaningfully.
I am interested in identity, intercultural relations, and how people shape their voices and agency within diverse communities.
